The Fastec Hispec 4 high speed camera is designed for ease of use in practically any industrial or laboratory environment. Among other things, it enables industrial maintenance procedures to be carried out, but also assists research in bio-mechanics, robotics or in the field of micro-fluids, for example.
- High speed camera with 2.9-megapixel, 8-bit sensor
- From 500 to 300 000 frames/second
About High speed camera Fastec Imaging HiSpec 4
This high speed camera comes equipped with a high definition 2.9 megapixel (8 bit) CMOS sensor with a global electronic shutter. It therefore provides excellent image quality at a rate of 523 frames per second for a resolution of 1696 × 1710 px. At low resolution, frame rates of 300 000 fps can be achieved. It is very compact ( 63mm x 63mm x 65mm) and incredibly light (0.28 kg), which means you can place it practically anywhere, even in the most confined spaces.
The Hispec 4 high resolution camera comes with its GiGE interface control software. Intuitive and easy to use, it will enable you to synchronise several cameras to a master camera or an external module, from any portable computer up to 100 metres away, thanks to its Gigabit Ethernet interface.
This high speed video camera also offers several different application modes as options, such as ImageBLITZ® Auto Trigger and multi-sequence recording. The former enables you to capture random, fleeting incidents, just by identifying an “area of interest” in the viewfinder. The latter enables you to record several different events, by dividing the memory into 2, 4, 8 or 16 separate recordings. Combined with the 'burst' trigger mode, you will be able to capture hundreds of separate image sequences without having to resort to downloads.
- Intuitive PC software with GiGE vision interface
- ImageBLITZ image trigger
- Multi-Sequence recordings
- Phase-lock multi-camera synchronisation
- CMOS sensor with global electronic shutter
